They develop and provide individualized programs of care and supportive services during dying, death and bereavement that enhance quality of life by addressing physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs.

Personal Note: I learned firsthand how truly amazing these individuals are last year when they helped care for my mother, and our family, during her final days. They are kind, gentle, caring and giving, and are Angels here on earth. I will forever be grateful for the comfort they provided. Tracy
